Who controls your data

What data we collect
- Data you enter in the contact or quote form: your name and email, and optionally your phone, company name and message.
- For quote requests, the services you selected on the Pricing page.
- Technical data that every web server records (IP address, time of visit, browser type), for security and abuse protection.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and agree on working together. We do not send marketing messages and we do not sell or share your data.
The legal basis is your consent (the consent box in the form) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies for tracking, analytics or ads. Your browser only remembers the theme you chose (light or dark), locally on your device, and it is never sent to us.
Where data is stored and for how long
Form messages arrive as emails in our business mailbox. We keep them while we are in contact or working together, and at most two years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example for invoices). Server logs are deleted after at most 30 days.
Who has access
Only the CodeSova team can access your data. We use hosting and email providers that process data only on our behalf and with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (and the GDPR for visitors from the EU) you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you,
- ask for it to be corrected or deleted,
- restrict processing or object to it,
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect earlier processing),
- file a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with the date of the last update.
